• 1997 Professional practices as a Legal advisor for the University of Baja California Community law office, providing free consultation and free legal assistance to low income people.

• 1999 -2003 Law Professor in the following subjects: Foreign investment law, mercantile law, Obligations, Real Estate Law and Contracts “civil law III”, at the University “Tecnológico of Baja California”, for the International Business Trade and Customs Faculty and Law Faculty.

• 2005 Two and a half year Bilingual Paralegal certificate from South Western College, San Diego. (not in practice in the USA).

• 2005 California Notary Public License. 2006 Two six months Courses in Real Estate provided by South Western College in San Diego CA.

• 2006 Real Estate License from the California Department of Real Estate. (Not in practice).
